Draft reporting and appeals policy
Members should be able to report harassment or bullying, sexual content, threats or danger, hate speech, scam or fraud, personal-information sharing, suspected underage use, self-harm concern or other safety concerns.
Review and appeals
Safety administrators should review reports using least-privilege access, keep an audit log of administrative actions and offer a proportionate route to appeal restrictions or bans where appropriate.
Stillroom baseline
Underage use, harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, scams, fraud, recording without consent, sharing private information, impersonation, attempts to identify other members, illegal activity and sharing passwords or financial details are prohibited.
